I'm Krystina. I live in Philadelphia, and I am constantly inspired by the mixture of old and new architecture in my city and the cities I love to visit. Using ink and watercolor, I create illustrations that are memorable and timeless keepsakes.

My style is meant to be lively, informal, relaxed and approachable.

FAQs

How are your illustrations created?

I start with sketches done in graphite pencil. They are generally drawn to scale, but I am flexible with exact measurement to achieve the desired style of art for my pieces. The sketches are then used to create a final ink drawing before adding watercolors.

What sizing options do you offer?

I currently offer two sizing options:

8x10 framed to an 11x14

11x14 framed to 16x20

*Framing and watercolor are optional.

What should I expect?

An artistic, custom illustration of your home, favorite spot or wedding venue created from ink and watercolor* on acid-free, medium textured watercolor paper. The artwork stands vertical or horizontal depending on the home/building shape.

*Note, this will not be an exact replica, but an interpreted illustration.

How long does it take to illustrate and deliver?

Please allow 4-6 weeks for drawing and [standard] shipping - it varies depending on how busy I am! Turnaround time is based on date of successful payment. Expedited shipping is provided at an additional charge.  The sketch will be sent in a secure package shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided.

What’s the process for a commission?

The best way to obtain an estimate is to submit your preferences under Get Quote. If you have more pictures than the submission allows, please send them to krystina@bartlettstreetillustrations.com. You will receive a quote within 48 hours of a submission.

How much does it cost?

Prices for my illustrations begin at $225 for an 8x10 ink drawing and go upwards of there depending on size, color and framing preferences.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! I love custom requests using any of the following mediums - graphite pencil, ink and watercolor. I also have a strong following with my wedding dress illustrations - see Brushing Bride.

Can you create copies?

In the future I hope to create prints of your custom illustration to be used as for gifts, cards or personalized stationery.
